We will assist you in any way we can, including providing additional information and verifying the authenticity of the sneakers you have received. If our team authentication confirms that the sneakers you received are fake, we will take full responsibility and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
To initiate a refund, kindly get in touch with our customer service team, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once we receive the returned sneakers, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
We request that all sneakers returned to us are in the same condition as they were when received, with all original packaging and tags in place. This enables us to inspect the sneakers and verify that they are eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline any refunds or exchanges if the returned sneakers do not meet our return policy criteria.
